Let's Put Cellphones in their Place
 
The headline in a recent American online newspaper read: "Churches are installing cell phone jammers." Apparently, newspaper and TV reporters who were attending church services in the USA noticed that they could not call their editors from church halls.
Most children's picture books published in Taiwan never find a big audience outside local book clubs and libraries, but "Guji Guji", written and illustrated by 30-year-old Chen Chih-Yuan, has recently been translated into Japanese and published in Tokyo.
