To our readers:
The Foreigner-Japan has experienced a difficult summer, but we are pleased to announce our relaunch after a lot of hard work. Administrative problems plagued the publication, and so we have restructured how we operate, and added some new personel.
Rob Wakulat from Toronto has agreed to join our team as News Editor, and Laura Rempel, another Canadian, will be working as the magazine's salesperson. Francois Bergeron will remain as Photo Editor, and my title has changed from Editor to Managing Editor.
There have been some changes to the magazine itself. The main difference readers will notice is the absense of the Japanese 101 online language course. We will no longer be carrying that particular section. But there are brighter changes on the way in the coming months. I hope you will join us for the ride.
Finally I want to thank everyone who supported us during the summer, especially our writers who have continued their contributions, and helped us relaunch our magazine. It has been greatly appreciated.
And so we continue.
